I'm 37 now and I'm a senior business analyst. I earn around 100k annually but post taxes and payments there is nothing left monthly. Plus the stress and mental drain at work is exhausting me daily. I know becoming a nurse is demanding physically and mentally but at least I feel you are not in constant fear of loosing the job or having AI take over some day. I want to know if it is worth it to move to this role in this age and what are the challenges to face when starting from scratch..
