Curious what you guys think OHSU RNs will get in negotiations! Do you think they will even get close to that? What are your predictions?

Currently working as an RN here in Oregon and living in Portland. I have applied to the ICUs at PHSW and Cardiac ICU at Prov St V all on nights. Can anybody give good insights? I’ve heard good things about St Vincent’s cardiac units as someone who works in a CVICU.
What’s the vibe? Scheduling? Etc. anything I should know? Major red flags?
