I have seen this meme being used in so many videos like in gameplay edits or just the sound of it being used in funny animations on YouTube but I am wondering where the heck does it come from and is the origin source still available for people to see where it comes from?.

Please let me know, as I tried to search but I couldn't find it and Ai was no help in searching for the original pieces, it mostly led to repost of the meme but no origins.
