I just submitted my application for my first campus review (advisor didn't tell me this was expected until a week ago) and was told that most successful applications undergo at least three reviews. How long does this process usually take? Am I too late?

I'm applying for the taught Masters in Creative Writing at University College Cork and have completed the entire application save for this question. I have never had issues adapting to living away from home, so I'm not really sure what to write about here since there aren't really any challenges or triumphs to speak of. Would appreciate any advice, examples of successful answers to this question, etc. Thanks!
