The biggest toxin is fear
Transitioning to a nontoxic lifestyle is a phenomenal way to improve your health but when you go down the rabbit hole, it’s extremely easily to become completely anxious and paranoid once you realize how terrible the situation actually is.
I’ve found myself obsessing over every little thing, to the point where it’s hard to see life the same way.
Now even though these toxins play a big role in your overall health and mood, most of your well being comes down to your state of mind.
I think we’ve all met people with extreme toxin intakes that are extremely enlightened and filled with joy, and we’ve also probably met holistic and natural people that aren’t too happy with their lives.
It’s a very known fact that your mental state can heavily affect your health and I think a lot of people forget this.
These toxins are very bad and can be very alarming but ultimately it’s not the end of the world and you aren’t going to immediately die.
So while you focus on your nontoxic journey, make sure you do so from a place of peace and wisdom instead of a place of fear and panic.
Your toxin intake is likely way lower than the majority of the world, so remember to take a step back and see how far you’ve already come.
