I recorded my landlord video
So basically I am a student ( grade 11) currently living in Balkhu, and my landlord is madhesi woman. She has been continuously harassing me mentally for past few months. Today she accused me of spilling water in the hallway which she thinks will damage her plastic carpet btw I didn't spill any. She accused me just because I was walking on the hallway. She started doing kich kich with me and I started recording her without letting her know. Hearing our kich kich her son came downstairs and saw me recording her. He nearly came to hit me while telling to stop recording. I simply refused to delete, then his whole family came and started forcing me to delete the recording me forcefully with the excuse of recording without consent. The land lord's grandson started telling me to delete the recording while trying to touch me with the intention of hitting me. Under pressure I had to delete the video.
I want to recover the video real bad. It was the only evidence I had against the landlord. I have already filled ujuri form in Nepal police's website few days ago regarding this matter still no response from them. Can I press legal charges against them?
