I crafted a haunting, dark trip-hop tribute to Nyx, the Primordial Goddess of Night. Would love to hear your thoughts!

Hi everyone!

I've always been deeply fascinated by Nyx, the primordial Greek goddess of the night. She is one of the oldest and most powerful entities in ancient mythology—a figure so enigmatic and formidable that even Zeus stood in awe of her.

To capture her dark, enveloping, and ancient presence, I wanted to create a musical backdrop that feels both ancient and atmospheric. I decided to blend haunting, slow-burning dark trip-hop rhythms with shadowy, eerie soundscapes to evoke the feeling of the primordial cosmos before light existed. My goal was to channel that raw, mysterious energy without falling into generic modern clichés.

The track is titled NYX : The Mother of Shadows | Haunting Dark Trip-Hop.

I’d really appreciate it if you could give it a listen and let me know how well you think this dark, atmospheric vibe captures the essence of the Mother of Shadows. The link above will take you directly to the full video on my channel.

Blessed be the night! 🌙🖤

I made a heavy, stomping war theme for Dain Ironfoot and the Iron Hills dwarves, featuring heavy bagpipes. What do you think?

Hi everyone!

I’ve always felt that Dain Ironfoot’s arrival at the Battle of Five Armies deserves a heavy, unrelenting musical backdrop that captures the raw grit and stubborn power of the Iron Hills dwarves.

To bring this to life, I focused on a powerful arrangement driven by heavy bagpipes, massive war stomps, and a gritty marching rhythm. My goal was to avoid overly modern or synthetic sounds and instead channel that authentic, ancient dwarven battle energy.

The track is titled DAIN IRONFOOT: Battle of Five Armies | Heavy Bagpipes & Stomps.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the atmosphere and how well you think it fits the Tolkien lore. If you enjoy the vibe, the link above will take you to the full video.
