From the "lab" deductible to the "emergency" room deductible to the "inpatient" deductible. Like, where are these coming from? The only thing on my insurance is my individual deductible and out-of-pocket max. Whenever I call my insurance company (BCBS), they are trying to figure out the same thing. So what's the deal? Mind you, I've already met my individual deductible and OOP max, but they're still trying to charge me for things. It's like a back-and-forth with BSW and BCBS. I'm exhausted.
