Help me plan a 10 day trip to Rome and north Italy
Hey:)
I’m surprising my girlfriend and taking her for a 10 day trip to Italy, landing on November 25.
planning to be in Rome for 3 days and then take a fast train to Milan, rent a car there and go hiking and to explore the lakes, como/garda, visit some areas in the Dolomites, small villages, etc. We are hiking couple, already traveled a lot in the winter and the cold doesn’t bother us.
The problem? I don’t know Itay at all or the “must be” spots. I’d be happy if someone could help me plan this trip and tell me what are the must have places in Rome and north Italy, considering the weather, the time, and the fact that we have car. We don’t have problem to sleep each night in a different place, hotel or Airbnb.
