What are y'all doing to optimize your dedicated server performance? I got a dedicated ATM 10 server that I just use for family and as soon as the thing boots up it is already sending me messages that the server is overloaded. This was from a fresh install too (fresh as in not much has been done yet, but its run long enough I know and background first time stuff should be done). I've got a local machine with a XeonE5-2667 v2 @ 3.30GHz cpu, and some DDR3 memory(1866). So nothing new, but the cpu is at least a work horse. I've added chunky (for pregen), moonrise, and ferrite core to help. Those help with boot times and memory usage but not much for the running behind. Its got 16GB of ram allocated to it, which i know isn't optimal for java, but the thing starts at 8GB usage, so I have to have some breathing room for when we get deeper into the mod and start having heavy automation. Am I missing something, or is my hardware just to old for anything better?

I was doing a corpse run with Ghostly Shape effect and jumped off a cliff to float down, part way down my server kicked me "[minecraft/ServerGamePacketListenerImpl]: N1njaStorm was kicked for floating too long!" how to I change that setting? This is a private server so I do not care about cheating.
