Hello all. After many fights with my warranty company, I finally got them to pay for a new transfer case on my 2019 x5 xdrive40i. Let it be known that my car only has 36k miles on it, but is a 2019. Previously, they just did a fluid change and that fixed the loud crunching sound at full lock turns, but did not fix the vibration on acceleration. Now, they have fully replaced it with a brand new and the feel and sound has me concerned. Is there some sort of break in period? There seems to be a lot of vibrations at low speeds under load and even more around 80 mph. There also is a new loud clicking sound since the install but I haven’t ruled out a rock in the tire or something lol. Anybody experienced this on a new transfer case?
