Anyone have any suggestions as to what to keep on the Osprey Aether 100 plus for a summit/hiking daypack? I was thinking the 16L hikelite because it has a mesh panel to keep the pack away from the back sweat, but idk how well this would clip into the system. Does anyone have any experience with this? I just feel the detachable lid pack is going to be A. Uncomfortable with sweat and B. Not hold enough water for longer summits.

It’s so much of a buzzkill to have my music interrupted with “exercise ring closed” mid-lift. This is the 3rd time in a row, any ideas on how to disable it?
