Out of all 234 of Kyle Busch's wins in NASCAR, only one of them was shortened by weather

Lifelong KFB fan. I was thinking back through all his wins over the years in the top 3 series and it dawned on me that I never remembered him winning a race that was cut short by the weather. Seems that a good deal of the greats have had a few weather-shortened wins hear and there, but I wanted to look deeper and see if Rowdy had ever won a weather-shortened race.

After doing some research, ironically the only time that a race that he won was shortened due to weather was his Atlanta Truck win earlier this year. Though of course, that was mainly because of the race starting late and the TV time constraints as well as them needing to get the O'Reilly Series in later that day. Even then, the race still finished under green flag conditions.

So technically, while that was the only time he ever won a race shortened by weather, for all 234 races he won, he always got to see the checkered flag first. He never had a win that was called short of him seeing the checkered flag before everyone else, and is a sight we'll never be able to see again.

Still hard to wrap my heard around him no longer being here, rest easy Rowdy.
