Life while extremely difficult for me right now, is much better than it would be addicted to vaping nicotine, it’s so nice to not think about it anymore and allow it to control me. I definitely enjoy the extra money from not vaping and monthly coil/juice expenses.
Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Quit Vaping (kindle) really helped me. It explained some things to me I can’t unsee, such as nicotine and caffeine addiction is akin to tying one’s shoes extra tight, walking around a theme park all day, then taking them off at the end of the day.
The relief? Manufactured. The pleasure? Artificial and unsatisfying.
Patches are ultimately what made it easiest for
me to quit, as I used patches and weened my juice, 3mg, 1.5mg, 0.5mg, 0 nic juice, and patches step 1/2/3 etc.
Don’t give up, relief is right around the corner.
