i alr have a home workout program (body recomp to be specific) but it is 3x per week, and it genuinely feels so small. I have alot of free time and 4day rests feels to wasteful, can i go 4x per week instead? and which is more ideal? 3x or 4x
I am skinny fat, and are basic home exercises and resistance bands effective for a body recomp? what would be the ideal program routine.
