Need suggestions

1st picture is before the injection. 2nd picture is after 3 kenacort+5FU injections in 3 months. The keloid is flatter now. But as you can see, I have this open hollowness from both beneath and above. (Just to be clear, the hollowness is not in a way all the way through from up till the end. The keloid is still stuck to the skin in the middle) The doctor said this simply won’t go with the injections. It would require surgery. But I don’t want to opt for surgery as it has risk of keloid coming back even bigger and I don’t want to take that risk. Please give suggestions on what else can be done to improve this appearance. Anybody who have had similar situation? Please help!
