I found a similar picture from the beginning of my journey, so I deleted my last post and included this. I would say the biggest reason for the progress from the first pic to second pic was portion control. Obviously working out helped, but most of the weight loss could be attributed to controlling the amount of food at ate throughout the day.

Last picture is 10/2025, second is 11/2025 and third is 5/2026. I started calisthenics at about 250lbs in October, 2025. I weighed in at 213lbs this morning. I don't care about building more. I hit my goal. I'm just planning on maintaining. I do not count macros, just limit the amount of food I eat. I'm sure I'd see more progress if I focused on diet, but that's not a priority.

My current workouts are the following (goal is to maintain):

2 rest days

3 days of resistance (pushup holds, pull up holds, planks, superman, wall sits) ranging between 3 sets of 1 min, 40 seconds, 2 minutes, 1 minute, 1.5 minute, respectively) or 5 sets of 30 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 30 seconds, and 1 minute, respectively).

2 days of pushups, situps, pull ups, and dips 3 sets of 50, 150, 5, and 50, respectively).
