Each day, there are a bunch of men outside of my building selling drugs in the open — regardless of if children, pets, or any bystanders are nearby.

I know that this is NYC and that these things happen with relative impunity, but how have you dealt with these sorts of things before? I’ve contacted the local precinct but am doubtful that it will lead to any sort of meaningful or lasting change.
