This is a sort of update on a previous post I had made.
Turns out, I have a removal order from 2007 which is still active. I was not fully aware of this and believed that case to be administratively closed (had always marked it as that on my DACA applications since 2013)

Because of the removal order my I-485 was not approved at my green card interview through marriage although we got a verbal approval for our I-130 (still pending online though)

Does anyone have any experience dealing with termination of a removal order after I-130 has been approved? Has any attorney had any positive outcomes with this sort of case during this administration?

Any help suggestion is appreciated!
