Someone explain why my suyou looks like this??is my game glitched or what

In solo whenever I see this hero it's auto lose.like yea before one season it was still viable bcz tank jungler were still in meta but after they got nerf and pushed out of meta there's no way u should pick her or other healers.like wtf u are going to do when there is no frontline.and then u blame though u are the one who made fault.so I just want to know.dont say iam mysoginst cmon I just want to know

I just bought this guy now and I want to know is he still good after those nerfs??and is it worth learning him?

I have been facing him lately and what I feel is he is really strong.like if iam not using Hayabusa then iam done.like u can't win laning against him, can't gank him, can't cc him and all he does his spamming skill 1.idk how some guys say he is balanced though is literally overpowered.if anyone knows how to stop him can share too plz
