I cannot lift either arm above my waist. While not completely gone,my arms are pretty much useless. I am starting to find that itches on the head , nose and ears left unscratched amounts to nothing short of slow torture. Anyone else who shares my frustrations? Any tips or tricks?

I (48M) am about a year into my progression. I am still able to walk but it's not pretty and probably not for much longer. Currently, when I have to urinate during the night I am waking up my wife to help me sit up and get out of bed and walk me to the toilet. That walk is starting to get precarious and we'd both probably appreciate a simpler and safer alternative. Does anyone out there have any advice for me?
