Phone Screening for Robotic Field Service Engineer Position - What to expect?

My work history is in paint and paint robots. I studied PLC's before but I realized I like more of the hands on side of robotics than the programming side. I've trained at the Fanuc center in Michigan. I took an electrical maintenance class and a disassembly/reassembly class and I tested out of the handlingtool class. I know my way around a teach pendant. I really want the job and want to make a good impression! How many interviewing rounds are there? Anything I specifically should NOT say? Also...if you don't mind me asking....pay. Not specifics, just what's the bare minimum I should accept, I don't want to get screwed, working beside people doing the same job for more money, but I don't want to be unrealistic either. Like I said I really want the job. Thanks in advance and also prayers work!
