Need help with town name is Okinawa
I'm making a family tree for a friend, and I'm having difficulty figuring out what the town name is that is written here. Anyone able to make it out?

Since no longer using cursive since elementary and high school (I practiced a lot in high school, and I was particularly obsessed with perfecting my signature (I'm guessing others can relate lol)),
I've since "practiced" on and off over the years by doing exercises of repeatedly writing each letter, but not really writing out anything lengthy. Mostly just not to forget.
After reading a post about what words/texts people use to practice their cursive, someone mentioned writing existing poems. The first one I thought of was The Raven, by Edgar Allan Poe.
It took me about 20 tries to get to this point, mostly because I was messing up quite quickly on the other times because some habit I developed at some point was having my lowercase r look like a v, and I don't know where that came from.
Even with taking 20ish tries, I still managed to mess up on this try, but I either don't mind the mistake enough, or I'm too tired today to try again.
I've noticed that my word/letter height is inconsistent, tending to get smaller as I move across the paper to the right, and I try to fix that every time I start a new line. And the shape of my lowercase e is sometimes not as round as I would like.
Though I suspect these issues will be ironed out as I practice more.
(The pen I used is nothing special. I know in writing communities, that fountain pens are popular, but I'm just using a standard ballpoint Cross click pen. As it happens though, the specific pen I used is the first non disposable pen I ever bought myself "as a treat", about 10 years ago. But that little detail is neither here nor there, lol)
I suppose feedback is fine, though I have a very particular style with my capital letters that I don't think I'm going to change.
