Immigrate from France to Quebec
Hello, we are a french couple with a 5yo kid and we want to immigrate permanently to Quebec.
We plan to apply to PSTQ. We should have a score of ~600 (570+english test results).
However, we saw that this year, all PSTQ invitations where issued to people already living in Quebec, which is not our case.
We looked for other way to immigrate here, but the now-reopened PEQ seems targeted to people living there already too.
We are a bit lost on how we should end up living in Quebec in the first place. We are looking for a stable way to immigrate for a long time (we don't want to force our kid to swich school/city/country more than needed).
We've seen that it might be easier to immigrate to Ontario. In this case, would it make it easier to migrate to Quebec later if we still want to ?
Should we still try to submit our PSTQ application ?
