I reached the customer several days ago, explaining clearly that my brand new octopus max ez bough in January is no longer working. I provided pictures, videos.

3.3v is no longer working on the board and prior the failure fan stopped working as well.

I feel like I'm talking to a bot as they ask me to test the fans over and over. I can't connect my board to mainsail, board is no longer recognized by the pi (lsusb command shows only the eddy USB).

I'm about to give up and throw my board to the trash and never go back to btt

I reinstalled my setup (pi + mb) and now, my fans aren''t spinning at all. Board is Octopus Max EZ, running on klipper, headers set to Vin, (they're 24V), pin set correctly (PA6 and PA5). Strange thing, MFAN is not working either, nothing happens when I plug a fan, and I mesured 0V on MFAN, FAN0 and FAN1. 24V is found when mesured between FAN1 and main GND
