Can you recommend alternatives to the Greek islands?

We're a middle aged couple and we love the Greek islands, especially the quieter, less touristy ones (such as Tinos, Chios, Sifnos, remote western Crete, etc). But we're finding it hard now to tolerate high temperatures. For a June/July vacation, are there alternatives in Europe that offer mild weather without much rain, beautiful landscapes and good food? The Swedish archipelago appeals but Nordic countries are too expensive, so eastern Europe maybe? We looked into Albania but they seem to be developing a mass-tourism infrastructure that doesn't appeal to us. All suggestions much appreciated!

Hi. We have 2 old PAX units (40x100x236), circa 2005, with sliding doors. We want to replace the doors with new hinged doors. Will the new pax doors fit?

Secondly, will we be able to remove the sliding doors frame without destroying the PAX structure? It looks like they are clued on, on the sides.

Thank you!
