Hello, this is a test for my cipher. I'm trying to figure out a few things
Difficulty level (this one is the lowest level of encryption)
time it takes for plaintext decryption
weak points / vulnerabilities
visual signature (What does looking at the cipher make you feel? How would you describe it?)
possible improvements

Hint in riddle form: >!Between the heart and the feather, I alone judge your fate.!<

Additional hint for possible plaintext: >!Brothers of red and green!<

I feel like it's pretty weak, so please don't expect much.
However, If someone posts a comment of an fake decryption I will quite literally take away one of the hints.
(This is because using the hint, someone can feed it to an LLM. LLMs tend to use context and hallucinate possible answers into existence.)
