So I’m noticing that we all received the same exact email: same wording, same dates… the last time we received disbursements we received only the TITLE IV receipt emails at least 2 days before the funds were released to our accounts.

Starting to feel like we were all needing answers so we reached out and flooded Sims to the point she started sending AI messages to get us off her back.

There are thousands of students that are enrolled, not sure how many took out loans but I’m sure hundreds have already reached out to her and thankfully she responds pretty quickly, I just have my doubts that it is actually her and not some Auto reply system.
