Dynamics Business Central and Halo
I'm wondering if anyone here has had success with an implementation of Halo and Business Central. I've read over the integration guide here: Guides | HALO but it leaves a little bit to question.
Our goal is that Dynamics is our source of truth, in fact we are really looking at Halo as a ticketing and time tracking system, but ideally we would like to be able to generate our invoices in Dynamics and still create clients in Dynamics etc. The guide has me believe that many of the syncs may be one way, as if things are designed to always happen in Halo and then sync to BC, but not the other way around, which would be an issue for us.
Are these integrations always more of a one-way street, or is there more to this than what meets the guide?
Anyone with deep integration with Dynamics have any other input?
