3 classics:which would you ask for?

I have a trial shift tonight. They said they'd test me on 3 classics that "every bartender should know."

I have tons of recipes memorized and a general guess as to what they may have me make, but I'm curious what cocktails would you choose as "3 classics everyone should know"?

My first thoughts are an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, and a Margarita. Other honorable mentions: Negroni, or a Daiquiri. Wild cards: Paper Plane, Aviation, Whiskey Sour.

I'm prepared either way, just curious what y'alls first assumptions would be?

It's a craft lounge in a hotel.

Job interview: Hooters style restaurant

Didn't know how to flair this properly, job search or attire?? But what do I wear??? I don't want to say the name of the restaurant, but it is a "Hooter's style" kind of gig. The uniform is a tiny skirt and tiny top. I feel like it's inappropriate to show up in an interview wearing a bare midriff, but should I be less buttoned up and wear like a tight black dress or something? I've only ever interviewed at more high brow spots before this.

ETA: wore a tight button down with a peek of cleavage, black skirt, and heels. Interview went well, GM seemed cool, we'll see how it goes ~ there were other applicants there too and I was a little more dressed up, but I think I made a generally right call. Thanks for the suggestions!

Clipped my tit in a tin :'-)

Sticky tins, pulling during a rush, skin slipped into tin 🥲 ow. At least it wasn't a nipple?

Edit: geewhiz, some of y'all are real concerned I'm habitually using my honkers to pop tins open. Twas a rush, and an accident. The titty is still going strong and did not manage to poison anyone's drinks tonight. Darn.

Just finished my complete June monthly and weekly spreads

Super fun and easy theme honestly. Done with Crayola SuperTips and PaperMate Flair in an Archer and Olive notebook.

Scuff on new journal

I caved when I saw Archer and Olive's newest collection and ordered a beautiful velvet berry journal. It came to me with a small scuff, almost unnoticeable on camera, but definitely visible in person. I spent so much money, but I don't know if it is worth it to try to exchange it. Would you? The scuff is by my thumb, again hard to see in photo, but pretty clear in person. The rest of the journal looks great. Would this bother you enough? I'll most likely use page tabs too.
