Best certifications worth getting for speciality coffee barista?

Hey guys, so I‘m a speciality coffee barista in Portugal, for 2 years now, and I really want to step up the game. I was thinking of getting certifications… I know there are some but don‘t know if any could really be an asset.

What certifications exist that could really be an asset for me? That could get me higher salaries/positions… so yeah… good market wise.

Como fazer com 2 anos de experiência? (Apenas 1 relevante)

How do you guys stop translating every single word from texts when learning a new language?

For example, in my case I'm learning (TL)german. I can already say basic phrases, connect some thoughts but everything really simplistic (A1-A2 i'd say).

But I love to read, and I want to learn that way, but even simple reading material or news designed for these levels feels kind of "overwhelming". Simply because I literally have to translate a lot of the words because I simply don't know the meaning of them, and without them it turns impossible to understand. (And one such as german where 1 word can have a thousand different meanings...).

But I can't be the only person that have this unhealthy desire to just go for DeepL (or whatever) and translate everything right? But I also don't think there are any solutions to this. How do you guys deal with this when learning a language?

PS: I'm (NL)portuguese (although I usually learn from english), so I'm directing my comment for situations when the target language is not even similar to the language used to learn from.

Why doesn't Cariel Roame get her heropower reworked?

https://preview.redd.it/775yjb1icjhh1.png?width=772&format=png&auto=webp&s=51972c2c9dfd74392deaf160608b6f9645d86808

Her hero power is the most useless one in all BG. Besides not giving any economy, even the stats it could bring take too long and even have a cost. It's so weird. I think besides her only C'thun might be as bad as her. At least both have great armour to play with i guess
