Gems and 10 years old child
Hello everyone,
I'm posting here because I'm hoping someone from the community can help or offer some advice.
My 10-year-old son accidentally purchased a Brawl Pass. As soon as we realized what had happened, I requested a refund through the proper process.
The refund was approved, but as a result, his account was charged around 5,000 gems, leaving him with a negative balance of about -4,700 gems.
I completely understand that refunded purchases need to be compensated for. However, seeing such a huge negative gem balance on the account of a 10-year-old child is heartbreaking. He had no idea this would happen, and now he feels like he'll never be able to enjoy the game again.
I'm simply asking if anyone has experienced something similar, or if there is any way this situation can still be reviewed.
I also don't know much about Brawl Stars, so I'd really appreciate knowing whether it's realistically possible to recover from such a large negative gem balance without spending money.
