I will get back . Can you give me some information?

Hi everyone, I'm returning to the game. I'm a very old player; I haven't even had Akkan yet. I have a level 280 roster, Lost 30 account. I got my Demon Roar title with Gunlancer and my Vykass Deathless with Arcana. I have experience with all the old characters and shouldn't have any trouble playing them. Which character would you recommend?
I would appreciate it if you could also tell me whether I need to create a new account or continue using my old one

I need help with what I need to do.

Hi, I currently have 3 L1 runes and 2 Epic runes. I only use the Scythe in PvE. In PvP, I have 190k Fishing Points and 50 Tickets. What would you recommend I use them for?
