To help quit Phenibut, I Averaged 1100mg Gabapentin a day for 13 days. I want off. How bad is this going to be and how long should I taper?

I used gabapentin to help with the anxiety of getting off phenibut. Some days I took 900, some days 1200.
I'm scared to take it any longer because of withdrawals.
How bad will they be at 2 weeks and 1100mg a day?
How long should I taper? I only have fifty 100mg capsules left and I don't believe the doc will prescribe more any time soon.

Extreme anxiety after just 5 days Gabapentin use during a phenibut taper.

I'm tapering off phenibut and read that gabapentin helps with anxiety and sleep. For the past 5 days I've taken, (besides bad advice) 600mg at noon for anxiety and 600, sometimes 800 at night for sleep. I stopped yesterday, and felt no withdrawal symptoms. Last night sleep was terrible, and I have overwhelming anxiety today. I took 200mg today but only gave relief a couple of hours.

Would it be best to just go cold turkey?

My BIG fear is that this isn't gabapentin withdrawals and I just cut the phenibut too low, and the gabapentin just masked that fact.
After phenibut turned on me at 2.6G, I cut to 1.3 grams, with doses split to morning .6 grams and evening .6g.

What happens if I increase my phenibut dose in an attempt to stabilize? Is that a mistake?
UPDATE: I took 12g NAC and some Agmatine yesterday and it helped my anxiety GREATLY and took zero Gabapentin.

Woke up today feeling normal.

Am I doing this right?

This weekend after my 2.6gpd phenibut turned on me, I cut down to 1.3 g per day split up in two doses. So basically .6 in the morning and .6 in the evening. Tuesday went surprisingly great. I felt pretty good. Yesterday wasn't bad either but I could tell that it was starting to weigh on me. This morning after I took my morning dose, I felt OK, but two hours later when the fit hit I started getting shaky. I took a little gabapentin and went outside for a walk and sort of calm down but now I'm feeling depressed and wondering if what's going on as I'm stabilizing on this new low low dose. Should stay here until I feel better and then begin to taper down or would it be better for me to just make the jump to baclofen? How close am I to being able to jump off altogether with or without baclofen?

Has anyone here successfully used Baclofen to quit after phenibut turned on you?

Phenibut turned on me when I was taking 1.5g morning and 1.5 evening. Baclofen doesn't seem to be helping. I haven't went cold turkey yet but I don't feel good after lowering my dose and taking .8 grams phenibut morning and night.
Personal stories would be greatly appreciated.

Baclofen not working. Getting terrified.

Im beginning to get very concerned.

Baclofen doesn't seem to be having an effect.
I was taking 1.5g in the morning and 1.5 in the evening. Then I went about .6g a couple of times and it turned on me.
I have a lot of Baclofen. Yesterday I woke up and took .6g of phenibut with 5mg baclofen. I ended up taking 35mg baclofen spread evenly through the day, and .6 g phenibut again in the evening. All was ok.
This morning at 6am I took 5mg.
At 10 am I was very anxious so I took another 5mg.
I began to think "wait one more day before jumping off completely." So I took .8 grams phenibut
At 11:00 I got stupid and took .3 more of phenibut. Perhaps that is where i messed up.
At noon I took 10mg of Baclofen. I felt ok after 30min but now my anxiety is back as if Ive taken nothing today.

To sum up: its 1:30, I've taken 20mg Baclofen total, with 1.1grams phenibut. My normal habit before it turned on me was 1.5g phenibut.
Im feeling extremely anxious and on edge. It doesn't help to think that if baclofen doesnt work I'm screwed.

Any thoughts on this are welcome. I'm freaking out because if 20mg of baclofen isnt cutting it, what will?

Baclofen - how much is too much? Having a very hard time after jumping.

Yesterday I jumped from 3g per day phenibut habit to 30mg per day baclofen. Since Baclofen has a short half life I'm spreading this out, taking 5mg every four hours. It's been ROUGH. Feeling very jittery and it's impossible to focus on work.
Two questions:

  1. Is it normal to feel this bad after jumping to baclofen?
  2. If not, am I just not taking enough? Should I go up to 40mg per day, taking roughly 7 mg baclofen every 4 hours? Would 60grams per day be outrageous and unsafe?
I have plenty of Baclofen to do this btw.

Hellish anxiety after jumping from 3 gpd to 30mg Baclofen.

My problem is the phenibut turned on me so I had no idea what to cut. At first I cut by half - .8 grams phenibut in the morning and night, combine with 5mg baclofen each time.
It didnt work.
Please any advice would be appreciated I don't know what to do. I have a ton of Baclofen and don't know how to use it.

Need help - I finally got a Baclofen script and need advice on a taper.

40 days ago 8 gpd turned on me after 2 years. I've tapered down to taking 1.3 grams in the morning and 1.3 in the evening.
I was able to get a Baclofen script. How should I proceed to finally get off phenibut? Jump off Phenibut completely and go straight to all baclofen or slowly incorporate the baclofen?
