What are the best spots to use the Travel Medallion in TOTK?

I currently use mine for farming Lynel parts, farming hearty truffles and getting to Ganondorf fight. Are there any other locations that are particularly useful or worth keeping a Travel Medallion at?

Is there any way to remove these two guys in the front?

I’ve just started playing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom over the past few weeks, and I really want to take a photo in that position. Unfortunately, these two guys don’t seem to be going away!
