I feel like we need more shows like this. I am not sure if this was a summer or fall show but I really liked it. I know it is a romcom but I feel like it had a good mix of drama, humor, and romance all at once. I really liked the cast and the storylines as well.
I really, really, really hate when a show continues to drag instead of just ending it. With the announcement of Esref Ruya ending this season , correct me if I am wrong, but the main male lead went to the team and said this should be the last season. I truly think other shows and actors should follow suit. Just because a show has good or decent ratings doesn't mean you should continue with another season. I have noticed this with a lot of shows that are getting another season that shouldn't. Uzak Sehir, GVG, Half, etc. A lot of these shows should have ended this season. I feel like you can even tell because the main actors for the show won't even post about it to promote the show anymore. The "story" is dragging, and they are just writing in circles. Let me know what you guys think.
I really hope we get some new, good shows this fall. I will not be watching any of the shows that have been renewed; in my opinion, some of the shows that have been renewed should have wrapped up this season. So I really hope some good shows come out this fall or maybe winter.
In my opinion, the 2010s were the best era for Turkish shows. So many good and iconic shows came out during this time. I feel like the ones that are coming out now are good for a couple of episodes or a season and then fall off.
Am I the only one who feels like none of the shows airing are good, or they are just meh? I either have no interest in them or have dropped them. I dropped Uzak Şehir, Eşref Rüya, Yeralti, and Sahip Sizler. GVG, Halef, and TBD do not interest me at all. Then, when a new show does come out, it seems to get canceled in the next couple of weeks. I feel like the shows that are coming out all have the same type of plot/storylines. Then all of these mediocre ass shows get renewed for another season just because it has high or decent rating.
