Hi everyone! I graduated from Rush PA Program in Chicago Dec 2025. Been actively applying and interviewing for jobs since then but haven’t been offered a position yet. When I interview, it’s usually between me and other candidates with experience. I’ve looked at recruiter websites and hospital career pages. I’ve connected with recruiters from hospitals and preceptors from my rotations. I can’t seem to get a good foot in somewhere. I’m casting a wide net and setting my job radius to 20-25 miles outside of downtown Chicago. I’ve been applying to surgical positions, inpatient, OBGYN, ICU, etc. Any help or advice would be SO so appreciated. Thanks!
