Coffee?
So I started omad yesterday and was successful in reaching my 1200 cals at my one meal. Today I went to dunkin and got a latte. Assuming that means I broke my fast, and only black coffee would count? Any tips appreciated. From a food addictive girl with binge eating disorder and emotional eating. Even on vyvanse I fight the fact that I’m not hungry and eat anyways. Is it all willpower and a mind game?
