I was put on a PIP, got a new offer, and now my company is suddenly saying I'm fine

Hey everyone!

I was put on a PIP because of work that wasn't even mine in the first place. I brought it up in the check-in and told my manager, but he basically told me, "Don't push back on it." I pushed back anyway because it made no sense at all.

When I started Googling what a PIP usually means, I found that almost every thread and article said I needed to start applying for jobs immediately. So I did, and in the end I got an offer faster than I expected.

I was planning to give them about 10 days' notice, but in this last review, my boss said that I now "meet expectations" since they didn't write the goals correctly or follow up on anything related to the PIP. So now I'm confused.

Should I simply tell them I'm leaving, or should I wait and see how things play out? We're supposed to get a bonus in about a month, and I don't want to miss out on that money. The new role is in a better city and mostly remote, and the salary is slightly lower, but the team and the overall vibe seem much better.
