I moved to a new place (USA) and the previous owner left some leftover siding materials and lumbers tucked in a basement corner. I finally decided to move them somewhere else and noticed the what looks like the bag to dispose asbestos, it has the danger warning on it. I have no idea why it is wrapped together with a lumber, or if there is actually asbestos in it. I'm just trying to make sense of it, and understand where this was potentially used so I can check the house. House has asbestos tiles in the basement but I couldn't notice it anywhere else

Just moved in to a new place and I'm trying to make this TV work with the existing couch. For now it's in front of fireplace but I rather not put it there, nor above the fireplace. It's a working fireplace and I prefer not blocking it. I tried putting TV where the couch is and move couch perpendicular to it, but it was too wide and there wasn't much space to move past it.

Another place I thought is diagonal in the corner to the right of fireplace (visible in second pic)

Where would you put it?
