I’ve purchased the Judydoll slim/ultra fine liquid eyeliner three times because i really love the brush. But the last two i purchased, both had leaking issues so every time I tried to use it would ruin my makeup or just be really messy to use.

Has anyone else had issues with the eyeliner leaking ??
