Thoughts/advice on using wework for having an office space to go as aspiring entrepeneur

So I'm simply asking this to get a sense if this is a common thing and what people's general thoughts and advice is on doing this

I want to start my own company and see where it goes, while to me is feels a bit ahead of myself to do something like get my office space for a venture not even off the ground yet, it would be nice to actually have an 'office' to go to as opposed to stay at home

I've always loved the idea of the freedom and comfort I have of being to WFH or start/run a business from home but it's getting very samey being in the same place all the time

Help with fitness goals + which of these rowing machine is most suitable for me?

After discovering yesterday I have put on a massive amount more weight that I realised at first (especially since the start of the year) on top of putting on weight/being very out of shape over the past few years, I have to lose this weight asap

Because of my bad social anxiety I am getting an exercise bike and and a rowing machine to set up a makeshift home gym in my flat. Right now I have landed on: YOSUDA Exercise Bike Magnetic Pro Max

But am torn on the rowing machine between YOSUDA Foldable Wood Water Resistance Rowing Machine https://amzn.eu/d/0ia0Jb90 and the Yosuda RM4 Magnetic Foldable Rowing Machine Pro https://fedfitness.co.uk/products/magnetic-foldable-rowing-machine-pro?variant=46299387789470

I'm concerned about quality and noise level to be honest. I want to use these every day and also through in other HIT cardio exercises probably while changing up my diet, but I don't want to buy something poor quality of that isn't suitable for my plan. I am on a budget which is why I really dont want to spend more than £250-£300 per rowing machine and exercise bike

Ideally I would like to get the DOMYOS

Self-Powered Smart 3-in1 Rowing Machine Woodrower with Decathlon Warranty which is the one I really want but it's £800 (on sale) which is too much and really would not like to be paying £350+ a month for the next 3 months for this plus the bike if I did it in installments

Thanks in advance! Hope I can get some good advice :)
