I’m honestly so frustrated and confused right now
I gave Costco my new Zepbound savings card. Nothing has changed on my end — I’m still on my usual 7.5 mg dose — but when I went to pick up my prescription today, they charged me $395 instead of the $330 I normally pay.
I spoke with Costco and they told me, “This is the your new savings.” But I’m confused because I received an email from Zepbound saying that my savings amount isn’t changing. They said I have to call zepbound myself.
Has anyone else experienced this recently? Did your price suddenly go from $330 to $395 with the new savings card?
I’m trying to figure out if this is actually correct or if something was processed incorrectly.

Update: I started on 2.5mg and the first 2 weeks I lost about 10–15 pounds, mostly water weight. After that everything just stalled. By the 3rd and 4th shot my appetite was coming back and I barely had any suppression anymore.
Then I moved up to 5mg and honestly… 2.5mg almost felt better because at least there was some sort of suppression. The first week on 5mg I felt a little tired, but that’s about it. My appetite came back strong. Yesterday I literally ate a whole box of KD. That honestly hasn’t happened since I was probably in my 20s, and I’m already in my 30s now. Usually I’d be full after half a box, but yesterday I could finish the whole thing and still not feel super full.
I’m definitely feeling a little down about it right now, but I’m trying to have some hope moving up to 7.5mg next week because I’ve heard that’s when a lot of people finally start feeling some effects.
I did buy 2 extra 5mg pens though, so now I’m trying to figure out what to do with them. I’ll probably have to count clicks with them.
