Does anyone here work at a Credit Union that gives buyer rebates to the buyer (that comes out of the agent's pocket). I'm a real estate broker and researching credit unions like this, looking for more info. From what I understand they remain RESPA compliant because the rebate goes to the buyer.
I'm on the grind like probably many of you, always looking for avenues for more leads.
I've cornered lead gen in many ways, but I've never tapped into the credit unions that have the buyer rebate programs.
From what I understand they are RESPA compliant, since the rebate is coming out of the agent's pocket and going to the buyer (not back to the credit union for more business).
The credit union refers the buyer, but doesn't receive anything in return of monetary value.
