She is adjusting well and the other two have welcomed her. Thank you to everyone with the suggestions and info on the other two posts. She is full of energy and eating very good, hopefully that helps her get her weight where it needs to be. She is around 100 pounds at 1 year 5 months. I have noticed a lump on the inside of back leg seems tender, (zoom on last pic) she doesnt seem to favor it but her foot is smaller than the other or im just seeing things. Any way vet on Monday hopefully all good news. And my better half has decided we will go with Lily instead of Riley.
I posted yesterday about picking up this girl next week. But when I went today to meet her, I found out she has never been to a vet and she looks very thin for 1 year and 5 months. So I asked if I could take her today and they said yes. Does she look to thin? I have only had males and never remember them being this thin. Also making vet appointment tomorrow.
I have a Male Dane and a male Mastiff both neutered. I have had two other Danes. I have always brought them home as puppies. This will be the first time I have brought home an adult. She is a year old. She will also be my first female. Her name is Riley. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
