So, in the original after Oliver murders the Mauler twins Cecil begins telling Oliver that it's surprising but he's not mad or something along these lines before Mark appears and that's it

How do you think it would've gone, had Cecil finished the talk? I think it's interesting because, while Oliver is supposed to be a kid version of Nolan, he really behaves more like young Cecil did in the way that everything is black and white when it comes to villains.

He'd probably try to recruit him, but maybe not? By just being nice he's assuring he's not in the bad eyes of a mini atomic bomb. And as much as he's an asshole outwardly he doesnt appear to be like that really (for example, when he defended from Brit and helped The Chupacabra heal even after his alcoholism got an innocent killed)

Not a single fight in which either of them end up in one piece

Dmitri can use the fact his family loves him to deal psychological damage though

(Still feel like he would win, being actually trained.)

To clarify this is red rocket 4 with the alien suit and to be nice with Donald it's the guarding the globe one

Idk how would they find Viltrum location though

Personal team up against the Viltrumites I'm sure he a very good chance at winning: alphasia, Becky (to take over their technology), Afghanistan (if I'm not wrong, they had another teleporter at GDA level power), isotope (good team with alphasia) Brit and Britney (if any Viltrumite get too close, they throw them as a shield) Euclid and Sinclair team up to update the reanimen, that one french dog with super strength (moral support), immortal as distraction. Atom eve, Rex splode.

If we are to count the original guardians, that Green lady could do some good distraction too.

Cecil in comms, Donald as local moral support

* Liu has the dragon at full power ^((it's said in Guarding the globe that he's trying to restrain it every time it appears, as Liu isn't really evil but getting controlled by it and trying to fight back) ^((I haven't seen the series so I don't know if they specify that in there)))

* I take it from the end of Brit comics that Euclid did get Brit powers (heavily implied but not confirmed by any real fight)

I think they're even, it would be like with the sans fight it just ends on nothing because neither can really hurt the other, but I'd like to see other's opinions

While Liu body is able to get hurt, the dragon's isn't. So he could use it as defense
