From the past one month i noticed that whenever I slide my hand on my hand 1-2 strand or upto 3 comes in my palm and when I'm taking shower the no. Upto 10 (through out the shower), i have dandruff too so i get a buzz cut thinking first i resolve my hair dandruff, I have fungal related dandruff and i thought the hairfall will stop after my dandruff is cured. But after 2-3 days i noticed that even my small hair falls sometimes like if i pinch and pull 1-2 strands and sometimes 3 strands comes between my fingers. I'm so scared and stressed There's no one in my family with genetic hair loss. What should I do. I can't even focus on my studies

Please give me suggestions ☹️ I'm just 18 rn
