I noticed there’s a new hairdresser that’s opened near Mr Baxter but didn’t catch the name last time I went by. Does anyone know much about them? I saw lots of wigs there.
I know there was a post a few weeks back in mortgagee sales. I just wanted to know if anyone had any luck purchasing before auction? Do they allow it?
I’ve found a place I like. They have quoted it about $30k below. I’m happy to pay slightly more even. But not sure if it’s worth putting an offer in prior to auction.
Lawyer just told me they have to go to auction for due diligence. But it’s still four weeks away and I want a home already!

I’ve been searching for a 2 bed in West Footscray since December. I’ve had no luck finding something decent in my price bracket. When I have had building inspections there’s a lot of major red flags.
I need a place as my kid starts school next year. So we want to be settled in time. I’ve started looking at Braybrook as an option. And Dinjerra Primary School.
What’s Braybrook like? Are there parts to definitely avoid? Any feedback on the school?
