Hi everyone, is anyone applying at the moment that can tell me how long is it taking to find the closest appointment available and which embassy is processing TN visa applications in a short amount of time. I don't want my employer to pull the offer. Also, does anyone know if I can start with the DS 160 form application and looking for appointments available even if I still don't have yet the offer or I'm missing to complete certain paperwork the employer asked me to have?

Hi everyone, just a healthcare worker that was wondering if anyone has previous experience in the hiring process. I got one offer from a strong hospital but then got told that the offer was withdrawn because they could not sponsor TN. I clearly stated my situation at the beginning. Just wondering how to wstablish this to employers, do I need a support letter besides the job offer and do you guys know of hospitals or clinics willing to give a chance in the nutrition dietetics field as a Mexican citizen. My degree didn't match the job offer and when I asked them if they could change it, they refused and they said then that I misrepresented myself by saying I didn't need sponsorship when it is technically. I felt I was close and then didn't get the offer.
