Is a +1 necessary?
I have an upcoming appointment with pulmonology (MN), and was curious if ppl felt they needed a +1 during their first visit. As I understand it - and please please correct me where I'm wrong - my day 1 is already booked with basic tests and I meet with the provider in the afternoon and they determine next steps/additional testing. Hopefully I got that right. If they require any kind of tests that have sedation as part of it (bronchoscopy/biopsy etc) are you able to get that done if you are solo? I'm trying to think of this as an outpatient facility where I've had to take people for like a colonoscopy where they don't release patients to leave on their own. Also really hoping their pulmonology dept is amazing but also trying to set realistic expectations
